Follow these Two Dogs lead-acid battery safety tips before going out on your scooter.
- The battery has two ports, one for charging the product and the other for supplying the controller board. Incorrect use will invalidate the warranty and may damage the battery.
- Do not wet the battery, it is not waterproof, do not cause falls or punctures.

To preserve the proper functioning of the battery pack, we recommend that: #
- Recharge batteries every 6 to 8 hours, or until the charger light turns from red to green.
- Ensure that the battery is not over-discharged.
- If the riding period is short, the scooter does not need to be charged every day. However, if the scooter is not used for a long period of time (such as a month), the battery will be completely discharged and will need to be charged again to keep the stored energy and avoid shortening its service life.
