YOURE GONNA NEED IT:

? Spanner - 10 mm
? small screwdriver

Loosen the internal nut with the 10 mm spanner;
With the help of the screwdriver, turn the central screw until the desired adjustment;
Lock the nut so that it is secure and regulated.
