As of the new decree, our opening hours for the public at the Two Dogs showroom will be from 10 am to 5 pm, from Monday to Friday.

In compliance with Decree 4,942/2020, which comes into effect as of today, July 1, 2020. Our in-person service in Curitiba is temporarily closed for a period of fourteen days, which may be extended for another seven days.

We ask for the understanding of customers and partners, so that we can win together and contain the virus.

Online service remains normally, from 7 am to 17 pm.

Following the recommendations of the responsible bodies, as well as in compliance with the decree (4,317/2020) of the State of Paraná, made official on March 21st. Given the global impacts of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), it is our duty to contribute to this fight. Because we believe that prevention is the best option in this time of crisis, ensuring the well-being of our customers and employees.

In this way, we communicate the measures taken by the team Two Dogs, aiming to reduce the contamination and spread of the coronavirus. Our distribution center, located in Curitiba/PR will be closed indefinitely. However, we will not stop sending your purchases from e-commerce. But we depend on third-party companies to get the product to you, and delays may occur. Sales, technical, administrative and financial assistance, as well as our design and communication department, will be attending normally, in the Home Office format, from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, online, via Whatsapp or email.

The entire Two Dogs team is prepared for the quarantine, we ask for your understanding regarding the delivery times for your purchases. As well as the deadlines for service and compliance with technical assistance, which are already in progress. Because they will be frozen during this period, restarting the 30-day countdown, for guarantee compliance, after returning to the normal work routine.
